Already have your own resident technician? No problem. Let us provide remote support of your server(s) and do the preventative work to insure that your systems are running smoothly, which significantly reduces the odds of experiencing technical issues. We’ll check things every month, providing backups, event logs, software or driver updates, and virus scanners. And if your resident tech runs into a problem they don’t have time for or can’t resolve, we’ll connect to the workstation and address the issue at hand.
Plus, by committing to regular monthly remote support, you are eligible for reduced hourly rates and our highest priority response. It is a “step down” from our managed services with many of the same benefits. You’ll pay a predetermined monthly fee based upon the devices we support, but if you need us to come on-site, no problem. We’ll schedule the visit at a reduced rate.
