Ways you can work with us:

Projects/upgrades –Have a specific project or upgrade that needs to be done? We can do that. We evaluate your technological needs and give a quote based on time and materials. After the project is complete, you will have the option to become an hourly or maintenance customer, based on your needs.

Maintenance customer – Don’t have an IT department? We can help you with that. As a maintenance customer we are available for the IT needs of your company. We set a fixed monthly retainer based on the number of devices, servers, workstations, tablets, phones, printers, etc. that we maintain for you. We provide maintenance on your network every month in an effort to minimize unexpected issues and to keep your network running in an optimal state. Additionally, we plan for upgrades and manage your technology proactively.

Hourly support –Our hourly support customers contact us when they have an issue. This is the best way to work with us if you have IT problems that pop up from time to time. Our rate for this service is ($95–$110) per hour. Additionally, hourly support customers have the option to upgrade to being a maintenance customer.
